Autumn Adventures in Faith is our next Family Life Ministry event sponsored by St. Paul’s very own Sprout Squad. Join us on Sunday, November 8, 2:00pm-3:30pm for a fun-filled, Family Fall Harvest Scavenger Hunt at the Detroit River International Wildlife Refuge on W. Jefferson Rd. in Trenton. We’ll meet at the pavilion behind the visitor center, start off with a special scavenger hunt craft, head out for our family scavenger hunt and return for a special devotion to wrap up the day! Family Life
Family Life Ministry is an evolving area of reaching out to families in our congregation and community to help them fulfill their God-given role as primary teacher of the Christian faith to their children and equipping them to be the light of Christ in their homes, neighborhoods, schools and community. Family Life Ministry seeks to change the role of the church from the center of discipling activity to the enabling of homes and families as the center of that activity. Family Life Ministry encompasses not only parents and children, but recognizes the important role grandparents and other family members play in the faith development of children. We seek also to enable congregation members to participate in these families lives as well!
