Next Week’s Sermon: September 20/21

Who’s Your Master? / It’s not “Stewardship Sunday”; nevertheless, our Gospel reading takes us to that focus. It’s a reminder that how we use the resources God provides is a concern of our Lord’s. How we use our resources reflects the “health” of our “hearts”. The reality is that neither poverty nor riches in and of itself gets you closer to God… faith in Christ Jesus alone makes us children of God and heirs of HIS Kingdom. And as those children and heirs, we seek to know how we use whatever wealth, time and talents God provides for us for His eternal purposes. Come and experience the riches of Jesus’ love for you and for all! To prepare for worship, read Luke 16:1-13.
