Next Week’s Sermon: January 10/12
We Live to Make Christ Known / We continue to dig into St. Paul’s shoutout and what it means for our lives of faith. Today, we consider what it means to “Make Christ Known”. As a Great Commission church, do we embrace these words and all the facets it involves? Or is this something that is optional; we can do “missional” activities, but we don’t have to as long as someone else does. But for those who have been made a new creation in Christ…who have been reconciled to God the Father through Him…who have been given the ministry and message of reconciliation for the whole world…how could the mission become optional? Wherever we go, in all of life’s places and spaces, we live lives on mission, God making His appeal to the world through us to be reconciled to God in Christ! Come to worship to be encouraged and equipped in Jesus! To prepare for worship, read 2 Corinthians 5:14-21.
